Terms of Use
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Sync Solver iPhone app ("Sync Solver", "the app"), published by SCEP LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and these terms add to it.
1. What Sync Solver does
Sync Solver copies health and fitness data that you choose from your Google Health account into Apple Health on your iPhone. To use it you need a Google Account with a Google Health profile and an iPhone with the Health app. The app reads your data only after you give permission on Google's permission screen and in Apple Health, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.
2. Third-party services
Sync Solver depends on services we don't control, including the Google Health API and Apple HealthKit. Your use of them is also governed by Google's and Apple's own terms. Those services can change, limit or stop what they offer, and when they do, some or all of Sync Solver's features may stop working until we can adapt the app. For example, Google is retiring the older Fitbit Web API on October 30, 2026, and the app now connects through the Google Health API instead.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Some features need a purchase. Purchases and subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Not medical advice
Sync Solver is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It only copies data between services. Don't rely on it for medical decisions. Always talk to a qualified health professional about your health.
5. Your responsibilities
Use the app only with accounts and data that you own or are allowed to use, and don't try to interfere with the app or the services it connects to.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that data will always sync completely, accurately or on time. Data in Google Health and Apple Health can differ because the two services measure and round differently.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Trademarks
Google Health and Fitbit are trademarks of Google LLC. Apple Health, HealthKit and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. Sync Solver is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Google or Apple.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
